- As soon as the code comes into force, political parties cannot use government bungalows, government aircraft, or government vehicles for election campaigning.
- A political party cannot organize any special event at government expense to benefit itself
- An observer is appointed by the Election Commission to keep an eye on all political parties for their activities and work.
- No government announcement or foundation stone can be laid by any political party to attract voters in the election.
- Votes cannot be sought in the name of religion
- As soon as the code comes into force, the political party is prohibited from using public money so that it cannot misuse it and take advantage of it.
- Political parties have to inform the police beforehand about their rallies so that arrangements can be made for them
- The election symbol of any political party cannot be displayed near the polling booth on the day of the election.
